Usually when you see a frog it is from the top side, but in this first photo I was lucky enough to be able to photograph it from the underside. You can just see his eye.
The Grey Tree Frog changes its colour from green to grey depending on his environment. Some folks call it a Green Tree Frog.
The little story that goes with this photo is kind of neat… naturely speaking of course!
During the summer months, in the evening, we sometimes find this Grey Tree Frog on the office window. The light is on typically all evening while Richard does his computer work and watches sports (what else), so the bugs are all over the window.
This cute little frog perched at the side of the window on the bricks of the house. He waited for a certain type of bug to land on the window and then jumped onto it, feast, then would jump back out of sight onto the brick.
I started to watch this little escapade and this particular time he stayed on the window just long enough so that I was able to photograph the underside. Next chance I had my trusty ladder in place and caught the top side.
