Gardens are so beautiful in the summer time. This wonderful garden of Joanne and her husband, from the photo club was open to members for a Saturday morning to come and take photos. Joannes husband is chief gardener and this is his hobby. A lot of hard work but what a return on his effort.
And several of us got to enjoy a morning in this beautiful sanctuary.
CONE FLOWER OR ECHINESIA
EXTREME HEAT, MUTED THIS FLOWER GIVING IT A SPIDERY EFFECT
AFTER PHOTOGRAPHING MR BEE , WE REALIZED HE WAS DEAD!
HOSTA LEAVES MAKE NICE PATTERNS
THE BIRDS HAD LEFT HOME FOR THE MORNING!
PLANTS THAT HAVE FINISHED THEIR BLOOM MAKE NICE CLOSE UPS…
TIME TO SIT AND JUST TAKE IN THE SCENERY!
THE SNOW IS SLOWLY DISAPPEARING NOW IN THIS REGION WITH THE WARMER TEMPERATURES.
THE TRILLIUMS WILL SOON BE PEEKING OUT OF EVERY FOREST UP AND DOWN OUR COUNTRY ROADS, and ….I KNOW WHERE I WILL BE….
SPRING IS THE BEGINNING OF NEW PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL US PHOTOGRAPHERS .
THANKS AGAIN JOANNE. YOUR GARDEN IS A DELIGHT FOR EVERYONE THAT SEES IT!
Again, another nice series, I think I like the second photo best.
I kind of like that one too. Thanks for commenting!
Beautiful set of photos. I can’t wait for the summer flowers to bloom.
