The ocean is so special, especially when you are not used to living near it. You could visit it every day and it would never be the same.
The tide coming in or going out gives everything a different look. The colours of the sea differ with the weather.
The ocean brings in shells, seaweed and other matter to the beach. You can get some ‘alone’ time or enjoy it with other people.
Folks will actually greet each other or stop and chat when you have something of great beauty in common. We are a tiny pebble when it comes to the size of the ocean, a moment in time.
The ocean can be beautiful and dangerous at the same time.
I was fortunate to grow up on the ocean. It is magical and wonderful. I always breathe deeper and smile as I gaze at the wide expanse of a sea.
